As a hotel owner as well as a hotel broker, Wylie Elson’s excellent reputation in the industry is based on his history of successful sales, industry knowledge and experience, and unparalleled customer service. He makes sure that his clients' needs always come first.
 
Wylie earned his MD from the University of New Mexico and also has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

Mountainwest Hotels

Founded by Wylie Elson in 2002, MountainWest is an innovative hotel brokerage that sells hotels and motels in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and northern New Mexico, between Glenwood Springs and Santa Fe.

As a smaller firm, MountainWest provides better service and higher client satisfaction than the larger, more impersonal firms. Because we focus on a select number of clients at a time, we provide more marketing services than the big guys while developing deeper, longer-lasting relationships with sellers and buyers.

At MountainWest, we know that mountain town and resort hotel buyers are different from hotel buyers who target interstate or city locations. We have strong relationships with buyers who want to purchase hotels in these unique markets.
